Community Partners Program

Each year we choose 10 Partner Charities to help. Our goal is to help each charity help others. We do this several ways.

10 Charities / 100 Families

We work with each partner charity to select 10 families to receive the Wellness Card free for one year. The Wellness Card provides discounts on Dental, Vision, Hearing, Prescriptions, as well as, the telephone consultation of TelaDoc™.

$5 Every Month for Every Member

We donate $5 of the membership fee every month to the charity for every member that joins through joint promotional efforts with the charity. Generally, we have a goal of 1,000 members for each charity—creating $5,000 per month in donations. That is $50,000 per month for all 10 charities combined—or $600,000 per year!

However, there is no limit — the more members we have with the charity, the more the charity receives.

This portion of the program continues indefinitely, as long as a members continues to be a member, we continue to donate to the charity.
